How do the payments work?

In-Store: A $250 deposit, applied toward a stroller and/or car seat purchase within six months of your appointment.

Showroom: A $500 experience investment that unlocks exclusive Ready by Tadpole™️ rewards, allowing you to select complimentary gear once purchases reach qualifying thresholds within six months of your appointment.

What happens if I don’t reach a reward threshold?

If your purchases don’t reach a threshold, you simply receive the products you choose with the benefit of expert guidance.

Can I create a registry during my appointment?

Yes. During both In-Store and Showroom experiences, your Gear Guide can help create or refine a Tadpole registry. Purchases made through your registry — whether gifted or purchased by you — count toward qualifying thresholds within the six-month window.
