What can be returned?

  • Unused, unaltered merchandise: Items must be in their original packaging with all original tags.

Return requests must be made within:

  • 7 days for a refund (excluding shipping fees).
  • 30 days for store credit or exchange.

What if my return has damaged packaging?

  • Returns with damaged packaging will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Are there restocking fees?

  • Unaltered merchandise may incur a restocking fee ranging from 10-25%, depending on the item’s value and reason for return.

When will my return be processed?

  • Once we receive the returned item(s), we’ll process your refund, store credit, or exchange within 2 business days.
  • Store credit will expire after 6 months.

The following items are final sale i.e. NON-REFUNDABLE:

Can I return special orders or sale items?

  • No. All special orders and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Are toy special orders returnable?

  • No. All toy special orders are final sale.

Can I return furniture?

  • No. All furniture sales are final. However, if your furniture is damaged, defective, or missing pieces, we will provide a replacement.

Can strollers and car seats be returned?

  • No. All stroller and car seat sales are final. Damaged items are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.

What about breastfeeding, feeding, and body care products?

  • Any opened breastfeeding, feeding, or body products are final sale and non-returnable.

Are pantry items returnable?

  • No. All pantry items are final sale.

Can I get a refund for a gift card?

  • No. Gift cards are non-refundable.

Can I return a gift?

  • Gifts can be exchanged or returned for store credit within 30 days of the original purchase date. No refunds.

What if the item is damaged or defective?

  • Notify us immediately if an item is damaged upon opening or during shipping.
  • We will accept returns for defective merchandise within 7 days of purchase or receipt.
  • Returns are your responsibility until they reach us. Please use tracking to avoid any potential issues with damaged returns.

How are refunds issued?

  • Refunds for credit card orders will be credited to your card.
  • Please allow one billing cycle for the refund to appear on your statement.

Do you refund shipping costs?

  • Delivery fees and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Free shipping orders:

  • Orders that qualify for free shipping may still be subject to a restocking fee.
