Dekor Refills are easy to use and save you money. You can empty as often as you want, after that one really stinky change or when the pail is totally stuffed. Emptying the can frequently will help keep odors in your nursery to a minimum. The design of the Dekor refill/liner puts you in control of how much refill you want to use with each empty.

When the bag is full, or when you want to empty a smaller load, just cut the refill above the full bag and tie a knot. Your bag can be as little or big as you want it.
