Fazenda Camboa, in the Bahia region of Brazil, was founded in 1942 by the Carvalho family. After losing nearly 96% of their annual output to a cacao tree disease, they have battled back little by little and have grown to become the largest organic producer of cacao in the region. We are proud to work with their family farm and deliciously earthy cacao.
